Requirements:

​​If you are under 18 you must have your Learner's Permit for a full year.

• If you are under 18, a parent/legal guardian must accompany you on the day of your appointment.
• If you are over 18, a licensed driver 21or over must accompany you the day of your appointment.
• You must have a valid FL Learner's Permit ONLY.
• You must have the Physical Learners Permit card. (not a paper Learner's Permit.)
• Please bring the registration and insurance for the vehicle you will be using.
